Which SIM card works with this audio payment confirmation device?

We deliver Soundbox, your payment soundbox along with the network 2G and 4G SIM card which will work easily with the device. Though SIM rent is applicable on your Soundbox per month.

How can I change the language of my Soundbox?

To change the language of your Soundbox, download the Pswipe Merchant app and under Profile > Language preferences you get two options – English & Hindi. Choose your preferred language to get sound confirmation with Soundbox.

How to charge the Soundbox device?

You can charge the device easily with your mobile charger or the USB type-C cable provided with the device.

Which UPI apps are supported on this UPI payment Soundbox?

Pswipe QR code linked to Soundbox can accept QR codes from any UPI apps like Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe, Amazon Pay, WhatsApp Pay, or BHIM.

In which languages Soundbox is available?

Soundbox is available in just English & Hindi language currently. You can also change the language anytime as per your preference after purchasing the device.

How can I receive payments from my customer through the Pswipe QR code?

We offer daily transaction settlements in the UPI VPA.

What is the battery backup of the Soundbox device?

We guarantee our UPI soundboxes to run minimum of 72 hours once it is fully charged.

Can I use a single Soundbox device for multiple QR codes?

Yes, you can use the same Soundbox device for multiple types of QR codes.

How can I track my previous transactions?

You can replay up to the last 10 transactions on Soundbox. Just long-press the Volume ‘-‘ key and then the last transaction will be displayed on the screen. If you want to check the transaction before that then short press the volume ‘+’ key. You can also check the transaction history on the Merchant app with detailed reports & SOA.
